The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to build hype for next month's heavyweight fight.
Former two time world boxing king Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive disparity - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I plan to damage his features and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I will genuinely try to hurt him. That's my goal."
Civil Exchange
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Nevertheless, the novice continues to be one of the sport's greatest financial successes, frequently receiving massive earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in round four or five and claimed he would stop the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Size Difference
As both boxers participated in the customary confrontation, with their size difference evident, it drove home just how unlikely this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is really happening.
